Hello! I am Anita Stephen, founder of Progressive Pathways Consulting.
First and foremost, I am a coach for leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking to connect with teammates, colleagues, and clients. I help them locate and use their authentic storytelling superpower, so they build presence and gravitas and contribute to building trust, deepening connection, and spreading influence.
Second, I am a consultant, on a mission to make the workplace kinder, more diverse, and more inclusive. I believe workplace transformations need to be rooted in cultural change, which is sustainable when organizational values are aligned with the behaviours of its leaders and employees. This means that the individuals within an organization need to be the focus of transformative initiatives so that organizations can live up to their values of compassion, diversity, inclusivity, and equity.
I partner with leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals and empower them to find space in their busy schedules to pause, reflect, focus, find clarity, collaborate, and connect in ways that are authentic, meaningful, and sustainable. Additionally, I partner with businesses that want to create psychologically safe, diverse, inclusive, and fair work environments.
