Hello, I’m Anita Stephen, the founder of Progressive Pathways Consulting. I work with organizations to redesign culture and leadership so teams are inspired, motivated and driven by trust.


I develop leaders who are creative and innovative, and who remain authentic while aligning their decisions with the vision, mission and values of the organization.


My work sits at the intersection of culture, authentic storytelling and diversity and inclusion. I focus on kindness as a performance lever: building high-trust, psychologically safe environments that protect wellbeing while supporting business productivity and retention — so this process isn’t for the fainthearted!
