Our Founder
Hello. I’m Anita.
So much of what I’ve come to understand about the workplace and professional growth started at home. My mum and dad shaped me through faith, kindness, and courage. Now as I look back, I see how the support and grace they afforded me shaped my choices – even in the workplace. I was empowered to act in ways that were beneficial, without the pressure of having to measure up to external standards.
These lessons have reminded me of the importance of providing support to those who are seeking to make transformative changes. I am starting Progressive Pathways with this vision in mind. I look forward to supporting businesses and individuals seeking to make changes. I thrive when you thrive.
